First edition thus (i.e. first hardback amalgamated edition, the tales having been published first in individual paperback volumes). Signed by the illustrator. Hardcover. Top edge slightly foxed, otherwise fine in very good dustjacket with one tiny professionally closed tear. Sterling price intact on flap. A handsome volume profusely illustrated in colour by Foreman (flat-signed by him on the title-page). Traditional style tales magicked with Garner's spin.

First editions (however, the first two books are second impressions). Signed by the illustrator. Hardcovers. Some light foxing on the top edges and on a couple fore-edges, otherwise very good in very good dustjackets (all illustrated by Foreman), sterling prices unclipped, except on the first title. A lovely set (designed by Enid Fairhead) of a quartet which is already a 20th Century children's classic. Each book is illustrated evocatively with b/w etchings by Michael Foreman, and moreover he's signed EACH volume on the title-page, under his printed name. These books, heavy as a set, will cost more to send overseas, than any default postage rate noted (about 3 times the default, airmail tracked). Scan available on request.
