Gerät ein Institut aus Risikomanagementver-sagen in der Gesamtbanksteuerung in eine Schieflage, drohen dem Management Geldbußen und der Geschäftsleitung im Extremfall Haftstrafen. Die neue Finanzinformationenverordnung erhöht für die Bankenaufsicht die Transparenz in der Gesamtbanksteuerung bei den Erfolgsquellen und fordert die Meldung der GuV-Jahresplanung, um bei drohender Schieflage rechtzeitig eingreifen zu können.
