Song selection is a mixture of popular and classical music. Vocal music (Circa 120 pieces) and Instrumental (c. 20 pieces); accompaniments are arranged both for the organ and piano. Illustration color is limited to a tan narrow frame around the picture. Front cover is a multicolor neoclasssic, pleasing design, still attractive; cover corners are worn, three show a small amount of board under the red cloth--likewise there is a small break on the lower cover adjacent the spine; spine top and bottom edges have moderate wear; book edges have darkenened to a moderate tan color--a number of pages have a bit of foxing in the upper margins, heavier foxing is around the frontispiece (two pages before & after). Some foxing is present in the book but presents little problem in its use. Publishers information on this book is lacking. W.E. Scull registered this book in the office of the Library of Congress in 1905.
