Hardcover. Condition: Very good. Octavo, 257pp., plus index. A very good copy in contemporary straight-grain red morocco, with eaborate oval Trinity College device stamped in gilt on the front board. Bookplates of John Deakin Heaton and Sir John Nicholson Barran on the front endpapers. Some nicks to extremities, the spine panel faded, otherwise a nice, clean example. An essay on Longinus, presented in Greek and Latin, by George Miller. Miller was an influential Anglican priest and historian at Trinity College, Dublin. We note fewer than a dozen holdings in worldwide libraries, and none in the auction record. Scarce. ESTC T201775.
