There's a small dampstain on the front end page area that continues in a few pages. Front hinge cracked but not separated. Page 79 & 81 has a one inch tear on the… fore edge, center area. Outside cloth has spots, which is the main reason why this book condition has been graded just as good. First edition thus with the copyright and title page sharing a single date of 1889. Title page states "Portraits of a Few Eminent Persons Who Settled in Early Times in the Counties of Salem & Cumberland, New Jersey". See photos.
