Contains 223 printed pages of text with monochrome characatures throughout. A little wear to the spine ends, ink name dated 1973 to the front free end paper. Near Fine condition book in Fine condition illustration dust wrapper, not price clipped. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection, this preserves and prolongs the life of the paper, it is not adhered to the book or to the dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A. Add to basketCard. Condition: Very Good. No date (l1980s). Original artwork on card (24cm x 28.5cm) by Glan Williams. Williams was a socialist, and drew cartoons for the News Chronicle, Reynolds News, Sunday Citizen, the Spectator and the House Magazine. it is quite possible this caricature, with a very large head, was for this last magazine. Heffer is depicted carrying a bundle of papers and stroking his chin. Possibly from the late 1970s.
