Card. Condition: Very Good. No date (l1980s). Original artwork on card (24cm x 28.5cm) by Glan Williams. Williams was a socialist, and drew cartoons for the News Chronicle, Reynolds News, Sunday Citizen, the Spectator and the House Magazine. it is quite possible this caricature, with a very large head, was for this last magazine…. Heffer is depicted carrying a bundle of papers and stroking his chin. Possibly from the late 1970s.
