Text-block partailly detached from binding, but still quite sturdy. Usual discoloration to binding from age. A large collection of texts and commentaries on ancient warfare, with illustrations in the text, mostly of siege techniques and vehicles, and a folding plan illustrating a fortified camp described by Polybius. There are also many illustrations made using type symbols to show troop formations.
