A promotional calendar from Harrah's of Reno and Lake Tahoe, with lithographs from a series of paintings commissioned from the artist Harper Goff, on the theme of "A History of Entertainment". The calendar pages are bright, running from Middle Eastern Shepards with flutes in January through to a performance in Harrah's South Shore Room in December, via medieval minstrels, Punch and Judy, the invention of television and more. Slight wear to dark covers, interior is bright and unmarked. 9 x 12". Harper Goff is perhaps best known for his long association with Disney, contributing both to art-direction and effects for films and to designs for theme parks.
