This volume actually includes 15 years of the reports, from the years 1850 to 1864 inclusive. Tip…ped inside the front board is an inscription signed Wm Goodwin, a photo of the author and the bookplate of B. Pomeroy. Tipped in to the rear cover is a copy of the words to the song "The Flag of the Union Forever" written by Goodwin. An unusual association copy. Signed by Author(s).

Hinges sound though bearing hairline cracks, casing shows dots of card at corner-tips, spine rims each have tiny tears, pastedown sports a bookplate but a nice original one.
