Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Inscribed on the front pastedown to previous owner and signed by Thomas Rogers, one of the contributing authors. On facing front endpage, in what appears to be Mr. Thomas' hand is a list of the book's chapters and the corresponding author of each. Very Good. No dust jacket, presumably as issued. Blue cloth boards are clean and in nice shape, as are contents. Hint of a forward lean to spine. Unmarked but for the aforementioned by author. 125 pages. Signed by Author(s).
