Er beschäftigte sich hauptsächlich mit Geburtshilfe und Gerichtsmedizin, im vorliegenden Journal daher auch zahlreiche Sektionsberichte und Gutachten in Kriminalfällen. - Es fehlt lediglich das Schlußblatt (Inhaltsverzeichnis) zu Teil V, sonst komplett. Ob ein Register erschien, wie am Ende des ersten Teils angekündigt, ist fraglich und anhand der Bibliographien und Bibliothekseinträge nicht zu klären. - Gering gebräunt, teils etwas angestaubt und fleckig, vereinzelte kleine Randläsuren oder Eckknicke, Vorsatz und Titel mit altem Besitzvermerk.
