This study on the motorcycle-taxi sector, by reviewing the state of the sector and identifying its strengths, has proposed their consolidation to make the sector a real SSEO. The study has concluded that the motorcycle-taxi activity, by creating hundreds of thousands of jobs, injects more than the budget of the State into the national economic circuit and mobilizes nearly at about four (04) times Togolese diaspora resources. But the precariousness in which this activity is done has called for recommendations in order to revitalize the sector. The book is designed for SSE actors interested in reviving the motorcycle-taxi sector. Its development was led by M. Frederic Lapeyre of the ILO. 56 pp. Englisch.
