Gustav Husák, Segretario generale del partito comunista cecoslovacco dall'aprile 1969, fu arrestato nel 1949 e condannato al carcere a vita come « nazionalista slovacco ». Eugen Lobi, arrestato e processato insieme a Slánsky nel 1952 e condannato al carcere a vita, fu riabilitato nel 1963. Václav Pelísek è stato viceministro dell'Istruzione dal 1958 al 1963; vive attualmente in Italia.
