Cover illustration lithograph of a drawing by Otto Freundlich, one of the first abstract painters in Western art. In 1943 he was arrested and deported to Majdanek where he was murdered on the day of his arrival. Contains fourth act of Albert Helman's drama "Triangel," poetry by Pierre Kemp, four short sketches by Eric van der Steen, poems by Leo van Breen and Eric van der Steen, a poetic chronicle by Anton van Duinkerken and various short contributions. The issue is illustrated with four full page b/w reproductions of Otto van Rees paintings and four in-text vignettes by Otto Freundlich and A. Ninaber van Eijben.
