First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. First and Limited Edition. #2159 of 2500. A complete chronological history of the famous venue. The book's hinges are secure and the book does not lean. Pages are clean and bright without marks, creases, stains or wrinkles except for the first two pages, which each have a little insect damage in the lower right corner. Outer covers are spotless and the gilt design and lettering on the front cover and spine is still bright. None of the book's cover corners are bumped and there is no apparent wear to extremities. The book's dust jacket is not price-clipped. It shows very little soiling but does show toning and a little foxing to edges and the back panel. It has numerous holes, chips and tears. We will put it in a clear archival sleeve to help preserve it. (Note: Photos may show a flash reflection.) PayPal always welcome. We pack all our books with care and ship in cardboard boxes.
