Front cover has a local music dealer's label over the publisher's information and an ink stamped owner's name.

This was Jolson's "terrific hit" in the NY Winter Garden production, "Dancing Around." An early Tin Pan Alley tune for the German born American songwriter Kahn (1886-1941). Grace LeBoy (1890-1983) married him in 1916, and none other than Doris Day played her in the 1951 film "I'll See You in My Dreams," a biopic based on one of Kahn's most famous songs.
