Some faint tanning to the top edge, consistent with age. Else, the binding is tight with an uncreased spine, the edges of the covers are sharp, and the interior is free of markings. Finely printed on full rag paper with deckled edges. One of the early Houston Modernists demonstrating her facility with words and images simultaneously.
