Softcover. Condition: Very Good. First edition. Introduction by David K. Webb. Quarto. [2], 7pp. Nine leaves mimeographed on rectos only. Stapled printed wallpaper wrappers. Small chips along the edge of the front wrap near the spine, very good. Long inscription by David Webb, who wrote the introduction. *OCLC* locates just two copies.
