8vo (20x13.5cm), paperback, unpaginated. Fair condition. Good reading copy. Cover is sunned and foxed, bumped, creased at corners. Owner's name penned inside front cover, closed tear with associated creasing to left edge of title page, open tears to left edge of Foreword page, where page has come away from the stapled fasteners, occasional stains and spotting, glue has come unstuck along the hinge between p2 of the Foreword and the Foreword to the Second Edition. Pages yellowed and foxed, contents clear and legible. This item is light and may attract less postage. Pictures available on request.
