Hardcover. Condition: VG+. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, green cloth boards show a couple light stains: one near the bottom half on the front and the other along the top edge on the rear board. This is why the book grades just as VG+ and not fine condition. The book has never been read as the majority of the pages, starting at page 29, are still uncut - either along the top edge or outside long edge the first two dozen pages were separated by the owner but the rest of the page quadrants still show the book was never used. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings, no handwriting. There is scattered foxing present, particularly end pages and first few pages up to the preface.
