Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 684 pp. Taken from the diaries of Lieutenant A.B. Scott, M.C. (X and W Trench Mortar Batteries; Reconnaissance Officer) - The Rev. R.E. Grice-Hutchinson M.C. (Chaplain to the 32nd Divisional Artillery) - Major L. Heathcote-Amory (Royal Devon Yeomanry) together with the memories of several others. All pages clean with no foxing, some tanning to end-pages. Blue cloth binding with gilt titles, in good condition but the blue is significantly faded on the spine. A good, solid copy. The rarity of this original print is shown by the lack of others for sale. This is a very detailed account of the actions of the Divisional Artillery whilst with the 32nd Division. To find a book concentrating specifically on the artillery and its operations is very rare, hence it is enormously informative of the actions of the 'King of Battle'. Where ever the Army fights the Artillery are present, hence their motto, 'Ubique', (everywhere). All my books are scanned or photographed so you can see what you are buying, also, my pricing includes UK postage and packing, tracked progress. Additional cost for overseas postage.
