Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. The author / artist's adventures on the North Sea Patrol shortly before America's entrance into WW II - the difficult task of the U.S. Navy - described in text and evocative pen and ink drawings.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Illustrated Edition. Book good, no DJ. Gray cloth, blue text and "V" aircraft flight formation on cover and tight spine. Very minor soiling noted on cover some wearing on edges and corners. 17 bright color oil paintings throughout. 178 PP. No other marks, smudges, or writings noted. Not ex-library! Illustrations are excellent!
