1/2 Brown Morocco Over Boards. Condition: Moderate General Wear. First Edition. Marbled boards, gilt-panelled spine. Marbled endpapers. Corners worn, bottom of spine chipped. Front hinge has been profesionally repaired. Half-title, synoptic index. A superb and rather famous catalogue of rare and curious books, most from the Thomas Park collection. They were in the possession of Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme, and Brown, the London book publishers and dealers. Frontispiece and woodcut portraits in the text. 956 entries, with book descriptions and prices. Wide margins, pleasing typography, moderate foxing throughout. 481pp. Size: Royal Octavo.
