TWO VOLUME COMPLETE SET. Issued within a limited edition (1500 copies for England and 1500 copies for the United States). Hardcovers, H 25cm x L 18.25cm. No dust jackets (i.e. lacking). Beige cloth spines darkened with dulled but legible stamping; green cloth boards with light scuffing/bumping at corners. Dark top edge; toned deckle fore-edge and toned bottom edge. Foxed/toned endpapers. Interior leaves are mostly clean. A few stress points at quires but bindings otherwise remain firm. Please note that this set has an approximate shipping weight of 5 pounds (2.26 kg) and may require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.

Hardcover in dj. 2 vol. Sm. 4to (10" x 7.5"), half tan buckram, green cloth, gilt upper covers, deckled fore-edges. Vol. 1: Color frontis., xvii, 244 pp., 11 color plates; Vol. 2: Color frontis., ix, 240 pp., 11 color plates. CONDITION: Very good, covers with some spotting, offsetting from dj at front and back free endpapers and pastedowns; good jackets, worn at extremities, 2" tear to both jacket heads, jacket of vol. 1 with tear at foot, some loss to text of outer panel. First edition. Colophon states "there have been printed of this Edition 1500 Copies for England and 1500 Copies for United States of America, also a large Paper Edition of 200 Copies, and the type then distributed.".
