Battle to the Death was a comic mini- series that ran three issues in the late 1980s with the 1st issue being published by Imperial Comics in November 1987. Imperial Comics was a short-lived American comic book publishing company that ran from 1986 to 1987. Soon after, Eternity Comics picked up most of its titles, including "Battle to the Death" and that same month, November 1987, published the 2nd issue. Then later, the following year, Eternity Comics came out with a third issue in March 1988. Its a comic story that has everything: rock and roll, samurai, intrepid rogue cops, zombies, wisecracking ninjas and space aliens. Its a comic story that features martial arts, crime, science fiction, the thrill of victory and the agony of death. Its a comic story that had to be told with zany thrills, epic twists, battles we could only hope for. and of course, battles to the very death! All presented in Glorious Black & White! Awesome!!
