Mr. Cavanaugh is mentioned on page 39 of the book and a picture of him on page 41. There is also a letter from Mr. Cavanaugh dated March 4, 1985. There is a blind stamp bottom of the first three pages. There are no other marks or writing in the book. Light wear to the corners. Light wear top and bottom of spine. Gilt lettering on spine and front cover is bright. Spine is tight and there are no loose pages.
