Prima edizione italiana, tradotta da Giuseppe Pannacciulli, che narra di questo grandioso viaggio intorno al mondo in barca a vela dell'inglese John Guzzwell, stabilitosi in seguito nella Columbia britannica. Si costruà da solo la barca nel 1953 e il viaggio, iniziato nel 1955, toccà le Hawaii e numerose terre australi e per l'epoca fece grande scalpore.
