Contemporary signature ('John Whitaker') to front pastedown, repeated at the top of the title page. Light foxing to endpapers. Title page in colour. Blind ownership stamp to title page. iv, ix, [iv], 186pp., plate printed choral score with keyboard accompaniments. 4pp. list of subscribers headed by Price Albert.
