No date, although circa 1918. A stapled booklet measuring 5-1/4" by 8" and containing 36 pages including front and rear covers. Staples lightly age-rusted; narrow, light water stains along upper edge of covers and interior pages (to blank margins only); lower corners of several pages creased; outer covers show small corner chips. An uncommon title.
