Er befaßte sich vor allem mit allgemeiner Verfahrenslehre, der Verfeinerung des Rechtsschutzes und der Rechtsvergleichung, die er als wissenschaftliche Methode als einer der ersten in die Rechtswissenschaft einführte. - Auf Briefpapier mit gedr.
