Marbled paper-covered boards with spine and inset cover labels, 4to., (96) pages, 35 illustrations including an etching and four wood engravings by Alan James Robinson, six wood engravings by Barry Moser, four wood engravings by Leonard Baskin, one wood engraving by Fritz Eichenberg, a two color portrait by Lance Hidy, hand calligraphy by Suzanne Moore and Betse Curtis, twelve pressmarks, and a color photograph of McGrath in a pocket at the rear. Of 210 copies printed at Wild Carrot Letterpress by Daniel Keleher on Cheloniidae Rag and vintage Italian laid paper, this is copy number 6 of 100 numbered copies for sale, and is signed by McGrath and Robinson at the colophon. Printed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the printing career of Harold Patrick McGrath, this book contains over 60 recollections, reminiscences, homages, and anecdotes from friends, family, artists and printers who knew and worked with him. Loosely inserted into this copy are nine ephemeral specimens of printing by McGrath - five for the Gehenna Press, and five for the Pennyroyal Press, including three wood engravings, one signed by Barry Moser. With a miniscule gilt label at the rear (-K-M-O'D-), likely a binder's ticket. A fine copy in a thick clear DW. Signed by Artist and Printer.
