A revealing reference work on a subject that has been shrouded in mystery--the history of Delaware river decoys For instance, little was known about master carver John Blair of Philadelphia; collectors often wondered at the curious similarities between Daniel English decoys and thsoe of William Quinn; the difference bewteen early John Dawson decoys and his later efforts. In addition to the invaluable gathering of photos, this work resolves these questions.
