Good, with slight wrinkling and folding.

Copy belonging to an unidentified cast or crew member, with their annotations in manuscript ink on two leaves, relating to dialogue. While on a vacation in New York, a construction worker from Georgia falls in love with the director of urban renewal for Manhattan, and sets out to build her a house in a low-income area of the city. Featuring an unusual appearance by adult film star Harry Reems. Yellow front wrapper, housed in a generic folder with a clear Mylar front wrapper and a manila rear wrapper. Title page present, dated July 6, 1981, noted as REVISED SHOOTING SCRIPT, with credits for screenwriter Mike Lloyd Ross, director Joe Hardy, and others. 107 leaves, with last page of text numbered 106.
