Johnson (Peregrine Press) for publishing, but it was printed with numerous errors. The author, Harry McElroy, then demanded that all copies be destroyed and the book was suppressed. This copy of the book is inscribed and signed by the author. This copy is in very good condition with some wear on the corners and an old price penciled on the front end page.
