Hardcover. Condition: Good +. Hardcover. Appears to be signed in ink by Maynard D. Hatcher at page i. 8 3/4" X 5 3/4". Scattered rubbing and toning to covers and edges of red cloth over boards. Dust-spotting to edges of text block. Pages are free of marks and notation. Binding is sound. With order form for the book folded and laid in. Order form contains the description, "A book about what the "Real People" feel as sensed by A Jed Portal, empath. Family reading." Title page describes this book as, "A collection of words and thoughts inspired by the moods, hopes, fears and heartbeats of the 'real people' in the 'real world'.".
