The front cover and the first few pages have a tiny 2 cm dog ear turned upwards; trying to 'iron' it out thought. Probably won't even be noticeable because of this. Interior is pristine. Contents concern Samuel Foot's resolution which instructed the Senate committee to inquire about limiting the sale of Federal land.
