The Guards Regiments have an enviable reputation for discipline when under fire and fighting spirit, so the creation of a Guards Division brought together all of these Regiments creating a unit that was second to none, They can be seen on Royal guard around London, looking immaculately smart, but one should never forget that it was a fine fighting unit and highly disciplined.
