Consists of a typed title page and six leaves, each with a tipped in color photograph of the Whitebird Bridge in various stages of construction along with typed text. The modernistic White Bird Creek Bridge is a significant bridge on U.S. Highway 95 at the bottom of the White Bird grade in Idaho. It's known for its impressive height of approximately 300 feet and for connecting traffic and commerce across the state. The bridge was completed in 1975. Howard D. Hechtner was Senator and served in the Idaho legislature from 1943 to 1962 .
