There is fading to the spine and along the right edge of the rear panel next to the spine. The spine also has a half inch splash stain just below the title and there is a faint dark mark to the top left corner of the front panel. A few small scattered dark marks to the top edges of the pages but the pages are otherwise unmarked. No jacket as issued. Translated by Michael Shanahan and Suzanne Heine.
