Red DJ with white lettering on the front cover and spine. DJ placed in plastic protective brodart. DJ is chipped mildly on the foot of the spine and back corner, but remains in very good condition. Tucked inside is a hand-typed letter written and signed by the author, Lillian Hellman, addressed to a "Mrs. Brennan". No date on title page. Copyright page is dated 1976. Stated first edition. 155 pages. Interiors are clean and unmarked. 12 pages of black-and-white photos highlighting significant events during the era of McCarthyism and the Red scare.
