AUTHOR: Helmuth Euler (born in 1933), is a highly-regarded non-fiction author, photographer and filmmaker, native of Werl, a district of Soest in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. He studied photography and film technology in Cologne, where he obtained his degree. He is the author of a number of books, mostly exploring wartime themes.
