Le système juridique de l'Angleterre (publié en 1928, aux Editions Sirey) traite des sources du droit anglais, common law, statute law et equity, et a été décrit, par l'un des plus grands juristes du temps, comme " la meilleure des introductions à l'étude du système anglais ". Lévy-Ullmann y montre en effet comment les institutions politiques et le droit anglais se sont construits et comment le Parlement affirme son rôle et sa supériorité face à la monarchie.
