Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. VG, slight dampstain to lower edges, rare 1st edn, man on horseback surveying desert scene, scouting for whites? Is he Black, Arabic, Spanish, Native American, or just sun drenched? Nice art for framing, 4pps, was Longboat an Indian himself? Wrote very little but this was intensely popular at the time. Back page has his song only other contribution (1909) Bucking Broncho in part, a dashing rattling spirited wild west song as it is billed.
