Softcover. Condition: Fine. First edition. 24 pp. in printed wrappers. Illustrated with a drawing of the mansion and the Departmet of the Interior Historic Building certification. The land at Somers Point (today Stone Harbor), New Jersey, was acquited by John Somers in 1695. The original portion of the house was built in the 1730s with the brick portion added a few decades later. Fine, tiny corner crease.
