Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Dark navy blue cloth on boards with silver lettering and pine tree on front, lettering on spine. Book is tight, square, particularly sharp-cornered and free of any markings or flaws inside or out. Book is Fine. Unclipped pale blue Dust Jacket has illustration on front and has little to no scuffing or shelfwear - now protected in archival quality mylar jacket. Small closed tear on rear prevents a fine rating, but still Near Fine or better. Huge amount of information about families, history, geography, Civil War, etc. etc. Quite rare.
