Good - the back board has wear & a dampstain that goes through to the back endpapers; the top edge is foxed and there is a neat, pale prize bookplate. The pages inside are very clean and fresh however. Very Good: price-clipped; the cover has been in mylar and is very good indeed, with just light browning and a chip at the very top. Based on fact, this is the dramatic story of the catastrophic floods on the English coast in 1953.
