Fair (Book- moderate to heavy shelf wear/ soiling to cloth incl. 1 cm split to tail at hinge to upper board and corner tips exposed, gilt titles rubbed, 2 cm approx crack to front end paper- mull holding, previous owner name as above + other later- also to top margin of title page. fore edge of one folding table prominent. No annotations - observed on inspection. Rust soiling to a couple of leaves near gutter due to a foreign object laying in - an old pin!.Slight musty smell from long term storage- not offensive but worthy of mention. No other notable defects).
