The book has clean covers, small dimple mark upper front cover, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, no foxing, solid binding. The original dust jacket has loss up to 4cm deep lower front otherwise complete and clean, price-clipped front flap corner. The book measures 256mm tall x 190mm, and has 128 pages, 136 b/w photos, 2 maps. Written by climbers, this is a solid description of the peaks & history of ascents, both N & S islands. Nearly all the photos are of mountains. This is one of few books that gives a robust treatment of the N Island peaks. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
