High-quality reproduction of an attractive head-and-shoulders pencil portrait of Hickenlooper, boldly inscribed in blue ballpoint at lower left "To Milt Kapp / with sincere thanks / and appreciation / for Oct. 5th / Bourke Hickenlooper / 10/6/61." This is actually the inner leaf of a heavy stock folder program, titled "Testimonial Dinner for Unitred States Senator Bourke B. Hickenlooper at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Cedar Rapids, October 5, 1961" on the front cover. Inside front cover is the program outline, with speakers listed, etc., and opposite this the aforementioned signed portrait. An attractive display.
